Well-designed keyword structures are the prerequisite for an efficient search and find. Often some assignments will be declared as mandatory. In order to check if all assets that require certain keywords to be set actually have keywords assigned to them, we extended the administration menu.

Every Editor can see if his assets are missing any keywords. Optionally you may define users/groups that can see all assets with unset keywords. The configuration allows you to define which groups of keywords are mandatory and for which folders those rules apply.

This plugin enables you to produce print ready (multi-page) PDF files from a selection of images (with or without metadata). These images are arranged in a grid as defined by a template. Compared to the celum built-in print functionality, this has the advantage that the layout is fixed; independent of your browser and printer settings. Further the placement of your images to the grid may be specified (e.g. you may force the complete filling of the bounding image box). Additionally you may place a logo and a fix or variable header and/or footer text on each page, for example a copyright statement.

Often celum is used for managing videos. But for streaming, a separate server must be in place. We offer an interface to vimeo which can be used to upload videos straight from celum and to stream vimeo videos directly out of celum.

Customers have to setup a Vimeo Plus account with API Upload access. It's possible to add vimeo groups and map celum folders to vimeo groups. For uploads from celum we recommend setting up a vimeo Preset.

We also offer an integration into celum webgate, allowing you to play uploaded videos directly inside webgate.

On selected user groups, administrators may define folders for which a mandatory subscription is set so that for example daily E-mail notifications are shipped when uploading new assets.

Parameterization as an administrator in the configuration editor. Task for setting the forced subscriptions when changing the configuration.

If users have only one download format available, the intermediate step with the selection menu is rather annoying. Our plugin ensures the straight download in such cases.

The applicable download formats can be defined in the configuration editor.

Communicate with all the registered users - directly within celum IMAGINE/SWIFT. The users to be notified can be filtered by client, role and group, for example allowing you to only write to all editor-users in the group "Marketing". It's just as easy to inform every active user on your system about a maintenance window.

If structured object collections are heavily used, our plugin helps to easily copy an object collection structure either with or without contents.

Storing of not (yet) digitized assets (books, audio and video cassettes, historical documents, etc.). These are described in a separate entry screen and filed in celum as archival data sheet (PDF), so that the physical assets are found like digital assets.

Entry screen and PDF generation (with PDFlib) are running on a separate server. Upon request this service may be provided by us as ASP.

This plugin extends the "send hyperlink" functionality and lets you send the link directly to all users with access right to the selected elements.
In addition to the subscription function our plugin permits an easy way of manually notifying the target group.
You may configure for which elements (assets, folders, object collections) the plugin is enabled.

Users of Text Objects often miss a comfortable print function. We have the solution. 

Text Objects may be printed as single object, group of objects or for a whole folder (ordered by name).

If you want to provide specific user groups with the ability to send suggestions, praise, criticism, etc. directly from celum via e-mail to a predefined recipient, we also have the appropriate plugin.

The applicable user groups and the recipient's address can be definied in the configuration editor.

We'll replace all product logos by the one of your company. That way, celum visually integrates itself into your environment. This is strongly recommended if your DAM is accessible from the internet.

We'll also replace the image to the left of the login screen with an image of your choice - a picture of you headquarters or a huge company logo - you decide!
